Installations

My medium of choice is stoneware clay, with the use of patinas, oxides, metallic paints and rich pigments. Foundational to my work is the notion of story where the personal, collective, and cultural converge. I am mostly inspired by Indian Mythology and the changing dynamics of women in Indian Society, taking a fresh approach to this genre, while relaxing myself on more generic pieces.
