My mother - Meena Gupta : A truly brave woman who despite many adversities has always fought with vigour and has inspired and encouraged me to fly.

Mrs Shobhana Verghese : My first mentor, my school principal who taught me the importance of being smart, civil and sharp, and instilled values that I hope I practice today.

Mrs Pritha Mukherjee & other teachers : who gave me the knowledge to be able to stand tall and compete in every respect.

Mrs Manjushree Khaitan : A mentor who helped me take baby steps into the big bad real world and honed my business acumen.

Mr Praveen Vajpeyi : My first boss and my surrogate brother and family in New York. Everything that I know about creativity is thanks to him. He taught me how to think design.

Mr Shah Rukh Khan : He understood my burning ambition and gave me the biggest opportunity of my life just on the basis of his instinct. “Impossible is nothing” is a motto that I truly learned from him.

Mr Nishith Shah : My business partner and a dear friend, quarrels and tears aside, he supported every crazy dream of mine. We'll get there soon!

Kurush Mistry : Who stands by me at every turn, and made my dream of launching my art and my film come true. He stands silently holding my hand, never letting me fall.
